shipping.
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. We pack carefully, at a human pace. Shipping within Israel is ₪25, and free on orders over ₪300. You’ll get one email when your order ships. Just one.
returns & exchanges.
Changed your mind? Completely fine. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange anything, as long as it’s unworn and unwashed. Write to hello@recoveringhumans.co and we’ll sort it out, no lecture.
sizing.
Our tees run relaxed and boxy — that’s on purpose, they’re cut loose enough to nap in. If you’re between sizes and want the classic oversized look, size up. The caps are one size, with an adjustable brass buckle.
care.
Machine wash cold, inside out. Hang to dry. No bleach, no ironing directly on the stitching, no answering emails while doing laundry.
privacy.
We collect the minimum needed to ship your order and nothing more. No tracking pixels following you around the internet, no selling your data, no “we noticed you left something in your cart” at 11pm. Your inbox is a boundary and we respect it.
terms.
By ordering you agree to the usual, reasonable things: prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT, products are as described, and mistakes (ours) get fixed on our dime. Anything unclear — just ask. A human will answer.
